Comments : Kristina traveled to Rwanda with fellow Right To Play Athlete Ambassadors in May, 2007 to visit Right To Play sport and play projects.

Kristina has a degree in Kinesiology from University of Calgary and is an active YES Program public speaker for elementary, junior, and senior high school students.

• 2006 Olympic Double silver medalist in 1500m & team pursuit
• Gold Medalist in 3000m at 2008 Single Distances World Championships
• Double silver medalist in 1000m and Team Pursuit, Double bronze medalist in 1500m and 5000m at the 2008 Single Distances World Championships
• Gold Medal in team pursuit and bronze medal in 1500m and 5000m at 2007 World Championships
• Double bronze medalist in the 1500m and 5000m and gold medallist in the Team Pursuit at the 2007 World Single Distances Championships
• Finished third overall at the 2006 World Championships; second at the 500m, third at the 1500m and 3000m
