A two-time Olympian, Veronica Brenner captured a silver medal in aerials at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City and recorded a top-10 finish during the 1998 Olympic Winter Games in Nagano.
In 1997, Brenner became the first Canadian woman to win the World Cup aerials title since Meredith Gardner in 1988.
Apart from her success at the Olympic Winter Games, Brenner also achieved podium results at the 1997 World Championship and the 2000 Goodwill Games, winning bronze and gold medals respectively.
Brenner retired for competitive sport in 2003 and concluded her career with a total of 24
World Cup podium finishes, including eleven gold medals.
