Dear Friends & Family,

I am excited and honored to run the New York City Marathon on behalf of Right to Play in November 2010, and I have pledged to raise $3,000 for this organization!  I hope you will help me reach this goal!

The mission of Right to Play is to improve the lives of children in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the world, using the power of sport and play for development, health and peace. This is an amazing organization that gives children the opportunity to play and regain some of their lost childhood.

I started running with my dad when I was 10 years old. This was one of the greatest gifts my dad has given me. As many of you know, running is a cornerstone of my life. Through running I re-energize and I find peace within myself, and this is my opportunity to help give peace to others.

The $3,000 that I have pledged to raise will allow 60 children to participate in weekly Right to Play programs for an entire year. No donation you can make is too small as I work toward this goal!! Thank you for your help and support!!
